Our Full-Service Approach
At JJ Bathrooms, we design bathrooms that go beyond function. Each space is tailored to your lifestyle, refined to suit your home, and brought to life with a considered, personal approach.
We offer a complete, in-house service, from initial concepts and detailed design to product sourcing and trusted installation. Whether you’re planning a renovation or a new build, our team is here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring your finished bathroom is as seamless as the journey to get there.
1. Design Consultation
Your bathroom journey begins with your ideas, whether that’s a vision board, magazine clippings or just a conversation. In a relaxed, in-store consultation, we take the time to understand your taste, needs and space. You’ll receive a complimentary design presentation in-store, with the option to take your design away for a one-off fee of £150 (fully redeemable against your final quotation should you proceed).
Once we have visited the site we then do a design based on our measurements, the design consultation (should the customer want one is to get a brief of colours etc). We then show them the 3D design once they return back into the showroom during the presentation.
Once you’re happy with the concept, we’ll visit your home to carry out a thorough site survey. Every measurement is taken with precision, and we consider everything from natural light to architectural features. This helps us refine your design and avoid any surprises down the line.
2. Site Survey
With a full understanding of your space, our designers get to work, creating layouts that balance style, practicality and personality. We only use premium materials and trusted brands, ensuring your bathroom stands the test of time. You’ll also be able to visualise the finished space through detailed 3D renders before anything is installed.
3. Bespoke Design
You’ll be invited back to our Wadebridge showroom for a dedicated one-to-one presentation. Here, we’ll unveil your finished design and review all the finer details, layouts, finishes, tile choices and more. A clear, itemised quotation is included so you know exactly what’s included, and when you’re ready, we’ll book your project into our schedule.
4. Presentation & Quotation
When the time comes to begin the transformation, our network of approved installers ensures a professional, stress-free experience. These skilled tradespeople share our values, with years of experience in delivering high-end bathrooms to an exceptional standard.
5. Expert Installation
Our service doesn’t stop when the bathroom is complete. As a proud local business, we offer continued support and aftercare, so you can enjoy your new space with total peace of mind.
